Secure lockers for tenants' packages

  • An hourly sync checks the current list of users in Chainels against the list of tenants connected to a building.

  • When a tenant's package is placed in a locker, they receive a push notification and an email informing them that it's ready for pickup.

  • When the tenant opens the notification, they see a private message in the Bringme Channel with a QR code to open the locker or a PIN code as an alternative.

  • The tenant can view all packages delivered during their tenancy within the Bringme Channel.
