Simplify parcel management

  • When a tenant is expecting a package and it is placed in a locker, a push notification and email notification are sent to the tenant, informing them the package is ready for pickup.

  • Upon opening the notification, the tenant sees a personalized message in the MyPup Channel, containing details about the delivered package.

  • To retrieve the package, the tenant opens the MyPup app to access the locker and collect their items.
