Chainels is an all-encompassing digital solution which enables owners and operators to connect and create a transparent dialogue as well as collaborate with occupiers on diverse topics. In a single platform, property managers can both inform and receive feedback on communications and tasks are organised into workflows.

Sander Verseput and Erwin Buckers start a graduation project at the Delft University of Technology.
JAN 2014
They open their first office at YES!Delft, an incubator at the Delft University of Technology.
FEB 2015
Our 1st shopping centre customer launches at Koopgoot in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
DEC 2015
Chainels B.V. is officially founded.
APR 2018
Our 1st office customer launches Chainels. The World Trade Centers in The Hague and Rotterdam, The Netherlands start using Chainels for their office tenants.
JAN 2019
Our 1st mixed-use customer launches Chainels. Retail and residential tenants in Shaftesbury's buildings across West London's districts start using Chainels.
MAR 2021
Chainels is deployed in 10+ countries across Europe and South America.
MAY 2022
400 communities – and counting – are using Chainels.
JUN 2022
Our 1st residential customer launches Chainels. 11 residential towers from Fuzer, a subsidiary of Amvest, go live and join the Chainels family.
