Connect your AI tools to Chainels

Think about the tools you can't run a building without: the PMS, the payment system, the access control, the tenant operating system. Then ask how many of those systems your AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, can actually use. That gap is holding back the next wave of AI across real estate: tools that can get work done end-to-end across your systems, with a person in the loop whenever you want one. It's exactly the gap we're closing.

With this connection, Chainels works directly with the AI tools your team already uses. Chainels takes routine work out of running a building today. This is the next step in making real estate self-driving: the same foundation, connected to any AI tool you choose.

Why this matters now

Operators are redesigning their tech stacks around AI right now, and the question they put to every vendor has changed: can this platform work with the AI our business runs on? Some organisations have standardised on Copilot because they already run on Microsoft. Others use ChatGPT or Claude, and a few are building their own internal agents. A platform that supports only one of those makes that choice for them, which is exactly what operators are no longer willing to accept.

Behind that question sits a very practical goal. Across a property team, the week fills with the same kind of work: announcements to write, tickets to follow-up on, reports to compile, and tenant updates to track. Every one of those tasks touches data stored in Chainels, in years of messages, tickets, bookings and survey answers per community. Connect the AI your organisation chose to that data and those hours shrink to the time it takes to review and approve, while your people work head up, with the residents and tenants in front of them.

What you can do once your AI is connected

Chainels AI features handle common tasks. But when you need to look across your portfolio or take action across multiple assets at once, you can connect your own AI tools directly to your data. You connect once, sign in with your Chainels account, and work from there.

  • Work across assets at once. Ask for an announcement about upcoming maintenance in every building it affects, and each community gets its own version, with its own dates and details, ready for your review.
  • Analyse what matters. Ask "Which of my buildings saw engagement drop this quarter?" and get the answer straight from your own data, with no exports or pivot tables in between.
  • Your tools, your rules. Whether you connect from Claude, from your own scripts or from any other AI tool that supports the connection, you work with the same data under the same permissions, just without the UI in between.

A new kind of coworker

The simplest way to understand what we've built is this: your AI tool can now act on your behalf in Chainels. It works through your account, sees only what you're allowed to see, and does the work you approve, much like a colleague operating with your permission.

Behind the scenes this runs on our new MCP server. It's built on the Model Context Protocol, an open industry standard introduced by Anthropic and adopted by OpenAI and Google.

The open standard is where the benefits come from. One connection covers every AI tool, the ones your teams use today and whichever comes next, with no separate integration project per vendor. Your existing integrations do not change: your PMS, access control and payment connections keep working as they do today.

Built for control

The model is simple: the AI works for you, within your limits. Your AI tool acts on your behalf through your normal Chainels account, which means it can only see and do what you can see and do. Anything an agent creates lands as a draft and is published only when you give the go-ahead, because a message that reaches an entire building deserves a human yes.

How to get access

The connection is live today. In order to have access to it, you will first need to sign an AI-addendum. To do this, please contact your Account Manager.
