Chainels continues to expand in France with Accessite

Chainels has increased its footprint in France through a collaboration with Accessite, a major player in the French retail property market.

Accessite will use Chainels’ tenant experience platform and plan to deploy the white-labelled app, TALKIE by Accessite, to more of its shopping centres. This expansion follows the successful implementation of TALKIE in two of Accessite’s properties, where it has been adopted by over 80% of tenants. TALKIE is not only a communication tool, it also enables the digitalization of operational workflows.

With TALKIE, Accessite can harmonize communication and property management missions, and create a transparent dialogue with tenants.

This collaboration marks a broader strategy by which Chainels will continue to grow its presence in the French market. Its system is fully localized in France and the team has an intimate understanding of the needs of the French commercial real estate market.
